Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY

       Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see return info below:

 Customers must contact us via email to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery date

  For returns to be accepted, please ensure they are sent back within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. The items being returned should be in new, unused condition,  with all initial tags and labels still attached.

Returns must be received by doshxireyldn within 14 calender days. RETURNS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THE 14 CALENDER DAYS WILL BE REJECTED 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

RETURN PROCESS

    1. Contact our customer service team at doshxireyldn@gmail.com to initiate a return
    2. Provide us with your full name, order number and reason for the return
    3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchendise Authorisation ( RMA) number and return shipping address.
    4. Pack the products securely in it's original packaging, add the RMA number, order number and send them back to the address provided
    5. Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refunds 

Please be informed that customers are responsible for return postage cost. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. For UK customers,  we prefer that you use ROYAL MAIL service for your returns  .

 

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, we will confirm its receipt via email and proceed to inspect the irems. If they meet our return policy, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that it may take may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your account. If there are any issues with the return, we will email you with the details. You will receive an email notification once the return process is completed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For hygiene purpose , these following items cannot be returned.

  • MAKEUPS
  • Gift card
  • Underwear
  • Bodysuits 
  • Garments with stains and any odours (such as Perfume or smell of foods)
  • Garments without tags/labels and all original packaging 
  • Used and wash garments 
  • Jewelry ( Pierced jewelry )

 

PLEASE NOTE that

  • Customers must pay the correct amount for the postage when returning an item to us
  • Garments must be returned in a sellable condition (Unworn, unwashed, ) labels and tags intact and in its original packaging
