    Doshxireyldn is committed to promptly and efficiently delivering your orders. Our shipping policy for UK customers is as follows:

     

    Shipping within the United Kingdom:

    • All orders processed and shipped within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail first class delivery and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch. If you need your order sooner. kindly let us know by sending a mail.
    • For orders over £100, delivery is free of charge.
    • Orders are processed and dispatched during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
    • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may not be shipped until the next working day.

    International Shipping (UPS):

     For international deliveries, we ship orders using UPS courier express delivery. This ensures a quick and speedy delivery to our customers.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days after dispatch.

     

    Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.
    • You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

     

    Customs and Duties: For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with local customs authorities for more information.

     

    Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for accurate and timely delivery.

     

    Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at doshxireyldn@gmail.com
    • We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and get your order to you as soon as possible.

     

     Please be patient during busy times of the year such as November and December.  Once the order has been dispatched from us, we will send your tracking information to your email.
